Synopsis

The story follows Katie Carter, an aspiring model who works as a waitress in a New York City restaurant. One day, she accepts an offer from a small advertising agency run by three siblings for a photography session so that she can update her modelling portfolio. However, Katie's experience quickly turns into an unimaginable nightmare of rape, torture, and kidnapping. After horribly beaten, battered, bruised, and broken, Katie finally manage to free herself from her captors. After finally gathering back her strength, Katie turns brutal and seeks vengeance against her captors.
